About Us
The Francis Street Family Practice is a medical services provider established in February 2019, specialising in all facets of general practice - family medicine, paediatrics, skin cancer treatment, workers compensation, and minor trauma, such as lacerations and some fractures. The practice offers DVA, pre - employment medicals, preventative health, immunisation and general nursing services. We also currently accommodate Penrith Head to Health psychological services until they find permanent facilities for their Hawkesbury Division. In addition, Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Michael Stening consults out of the Practice once a month. Other services provided are travel medicine, EPC/Care Plans and Mental Health Care Plans. There is a pathology service and collection centre also available on site.

We offer skin checks, treatment, excision and cryotherapy for many skin cancers including BCC, SCC and melanoma.

We can take care of your emergency problems, such as suturing most lacerations, caring for small wounds and fractures.

Dr Chen is the principal doctor at Francis Street Family Practice with over 34 years experience as a medical practitioner. He puts your medical needs first.
